Payment Processing And Dispatch Of Your Order
To process your order we need your name, address and contact details including telephone and/or mobile number, billing and delivery address. As you go through the checkout process using our online web site once you have agreed to our terms and conditions in order to make payment you leave our website and the payment takes place with Worldpay. We use Worldpay - “secure payment services” as our payment gateway. You can pay by debit, credit card or PayPal.
Worldpay will need your debit or credit card number and expiry date, plus any additional security details that the debit/credit card or PayPal account processor may require. This process takes place in their secure environment. We follow the strict instructions and rules of Worldpay. We have no access to your debit or credit card numbers provided to Worldpay only the transaction data in our Worldpay account portal which shows the sale, your name and address, contact details, the value of the payment and any risk assessment given.
When you purchase by telephone with us we also use Worldpay to process your order providing them with your name, address, post code, debit or credit card number, expiry date and security details using their online Moto service. We do not hold any finanical information on you. We then process the order in our Sheenashona back office system inputting your name, address, post code, billing and delivery address, contact telephone numbers and email address along with the items purchased and the authorised transaction number confirmation given by Worldpay Moto and the tracking number of the delivery service allowing us to process & dispatch your order. We also/may need to provide your name, address and email contact information to our delivery courier to enable them to provide you a unique tracking number via email to track the status of your delivery. At all times we endeavour to ensure that all financial transactions processed have the highest possible risk management procedures and processes in place. Here at Sheenashona Jewellery we have implemented a risk management package with our payment gateway to help protect you our valued customers and our business. In addition to electronic risk management procedures in certain circumstances we may also undertake additional checks before dispatching an order.
