Next Day Royal Mail Special Delivery Mainland UK - FREE

  • All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays will be dispatched on the same day with the exception of engraved items. Please allow up to 3 working days for the dispatch of any precision laser engraved jewellery items. Any items ordered after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday except on bank holidays.
  • Please note you can choose to have your parcel delivered by UPS from £6.95. All UPS UK orders must be received and payment cleared by 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday.
           

Royal Mail Special Delivery Highland & Islands, Isle of Man/Scilly, Channel Islands and Northern Ireland (2 Working Days) - FREE

  • All orders placed before 2pm Monday to Friday,excluding bank holidays will be dispatched on the same day with the exception of engraved items. Please allow up to 3 working days for the dispatch of any precision laser engraved jewellery item. Any items ordered after 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday except on bank holidays.
  • Please note you can choose UPS for Highlands & Islands, Isles of Man and Isles of Scilly which is charged at £20.80 with a delivery window of up to 2 working days. UPS Delivery for Northern Ireland is charged at £11.95 with a delivery window of up to 2 working days. All orders using UK UPS must be received and payment cleared by 12pm (noon) Monday to Friday.  

Royal Mail Special Saturday Delivery (Mainland UK Only) - £6.50

  • All orders placed before 2pm on Friday with the exception of engraved items and excluding bank holidays within the UK mainland may be dispatched using our Saturday Royal Mail Special Delivery Service which is charged at £6.50.

Additional Information

  • Parcels will need to be signed for in person.
  • Deliveries are made between 09:00 and 18:00 hours.
  • We can deliver to both residential and commercial addresses.
  • All items dispatched with Royal Mail Special Delivery or UPS are assigned a unique track & trace number and must be signed for. You will be provided a unique tracking number and a link to our courier’s site to allow you to track your package.
  • Transactions are processed in pounds sterling.
  • Please be aware that as part of our payment security process additional financial checks via the Streamline/World pay risk management system will be undertaken and may result in the delay of goods being dispatched. Therefore it is very important that we are able to contact you both by email and telephone should any issues or queries arise relating to your payment. If we are unable to contact you using the number given it may delay your order being processed.
  • Orders must be received and payment cleared by 2pm to be dispatched on the same day with Royal Mail, Monday to Friday. UPS orders must be received and payment cleared by 12pm (noon) to be dispatched on the same day, Monday to Friday.
  • All engraved items ordered are processed at 9am each day and are then dispatched close of business on the 3rd working day.

Free Luxurious Gift Wrapping & Card

  • All jewellery and gifts items purchased come luxuriously gift wrapped in tissue paper before being placed into our signature mulberry and white candy striped box which is then tied with a crisp white ribbon.
  • During the checkout process you will have the option of writing a gift message with your order which will arrive with your gift, enclosed in a white envelope. If you choose not to write a gift message, one blank card and envelope will be included in every order. 

30 Day Returns Policy

  • Here at Sheenashona Jewellery we operate a "30 day if you don't love it, return it policy". This means should you for any reason change your mind when you receive any piece of jewellery or gift you can simply return the item(s) within 30 days of the date of shipment in its original condition with the exception of diamond products and sale items which have a 7 day returns policy. Please note bespoke orders and personalised/engraved orders cannot be returned or exchanged.
